Transmits a copy of a letter from Messrs. Young, Jackson and Beard, submitting an application for the grant, out of the residue of the escheated estate of Colonel T. D. Colyear, of annuities to the two grand- daughters of the late Mrs. Viollet, and recommends that an allowance of Pounds 20 per annum be granted to each of them if their relationship to the late Mrs. Viollet is established to the satisfaction of the Secretary of State.
