In continuation of despatch No. 26, dated 25th ultimo, acknowledges Secretary of State`s telegram of the 27th idem, about the machinery required for the Bhagulpore Jail, and in reply forwards copy of a telegram sent to Secretary of State on the 18th instant asking that the machinery may be sent out immediately.
