Proposed cut motion in the Legislative Assembly by Sir Raza Ali, to discuss the unsuitability and anomaly of some of the enactment's extended to the province of Delhi under Section 7 of the Delhi Laws Act, 1912, and the importance of setting up a body competent to advise the Afore said Provincial Government with reference to the application and modification of the enactment's mentioned in schedule B of that Act.
