Grant of permission to the Government Advocate, Punjab, to appear in the Chief Court, Punjab, on behalf of the Administration of the North-West Frontier Province when the case regarding the question of the jurisdiction of the Punjab Chief Court to hear cases transferred to them under the North-West Frontier Province Law and Justice Regulation, 1901, is argued on the 20th July next.
