Clarification instructions regarding Rule 12 of the Railway Service (Conduct) Rules, 1956. Instruction that it is not permissible for a Railway servant to have an insurance agency in his own name and canvass for the same. Instructions have also been issued that if any of the Railway have permitted the Railway servants to undertake on Insurance agency, the permission my be cancelled
