Mater discussed at board's meeting with G.M. on 6th and 7th August, 1956 decision that as there is no separate Estab. Department the question of making direct recruitment of establishment officers does not arise decision to augment recruitment of probationers to IRSE, TPME and TT and CD. (i) Confirmation of four officers belonging to personal department to S.S. posts. (ii) Officers of other departments who worked in personnel department for long time should be given option to opt out of those departments and elect personnel department for future promotion.
