(1) Decision that the non-official members of the Council of State and the Legislative Assembly are to be given courtesy rank in articles 27 and 38 of the Warrant of Precedence, respectively, at Viceregal entertainments.(2) The official members of the Indian Legislature are assigned the same rank which they hold in the Warrant of Precedence by virtue of their office.
