In continuation of letter No. 973A, dated 27th instant, forwards, for orders, the enclosed copy of a letter, dated 12th idem, from the Hon`ble W. Edwards, in which he resigns the office of Judge of the High Court of Judicature in those Provinces from the 3rd proximo.
