Forwards copies of the rules for Bengal, the North-Western Provinces and Oudh and the Central Provinces, under section 18 (I) of the Indian Factories Act, together with copies of a notification issued by the Government of India under clause (2) of the same section, and promises the submission of the rules for the other Provinces as soon as they are received.

The National Archives of India is on a mission to digitize and make available online each and every record in its repositories. This is an ongoing effort and some records will be made available before the others.
