Appointment of Mr. J.O`Neil Shaw, an extra Assistant Commissioner in the Punjab as provisionally substantive Superintendent in the administrative charge of the Borstal Central Jail, Lahore, on pay of Rs. 500-50-750 per mensem and grant of permission to him to draw Rs. 600 per mensem from 25th May 1918.
