Sanction to the agreement, dated 21st June 1915, between the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway Company and the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway Extensions Company for the construction. working and maintenance of the Extensions Railway and to the addendum thereto to cover the case of Extensions traffic carried over the rails of the main line.
