Sanction to the grant to Messrs. Paramanand , Krishnamurti and Chananmall shorthand writers in the Foreign and Political Department and to Mr. E.H.K. Sen, stenographer of the Department of Commerce, of a daily fee of Rs. 15/- each for the period during which they reported the proceedings of the Chamber of Princes at Delhi in February 1928.
