Sanction to the grant to Messers. Parmanand, P.R.T. Iyer, d. Kirshanamurit and Chananmall, shorthand writers in the Foreign and Political Dept., of a daily fee of Rs. 15/- each for the five days in January 1926 the dates on which they were engaged in reporting the proceedings of the Chamber of princes in Delhi.
