Sanction to the addition of R3,430 the amount of interest on R 47,500, to the original loan raised by Vala Vajsur Valera of Bagasra in 1899 under the Government guarantee for the purposes of the Delhi Darbar concession in the matter of remission of interest. Refusal of the Government of India to grant a loan of R 37,800 to the Bagasra Taluka at 4 per cent interest.
