Enhancement of duty on Charas imported into the Jammu and Kashmir State and the Gilgit Agency with effect from the 1st April 1907, consequent on the enhancement of the same in the North-West Frontier Province and the Punjab. Proposal to raise the transit duty on the drug in Chitral with effect from the same date.
