Decision that the headings in No. 34(Instruments and Apparatus), Schedule IV of the Indian Tariff Act VIII of 1894 are exhaustive and articles not coming under any of the descriptions mentioned therein are not liable to duty unless they can be classed as more properly coming under some other heading of the Tariff.
