Grant of refunds of a part of the countervailing duties levied in India on Austro-Hungarian sugar shipped from Austria-Hungary between the 1st August 1899 and the 31st July 1900 and increase with effect from the 2nd February 1901 of the rates of such duties. Conditions on which refunds of the countervailing duties will be made on sugars produced in Austria-Hungary and shipped from ports of other countries.
