Memorial from Mr. M.O. Carter C.I.E., M.C., I.C.S., Bengal re the payment of interest on his marriage donation under rules 11(2) a 14 of the I.C.S. Family Pension Fund Rules. Decision that as the control and as he apparently made all efforts to rectify his initil payment of interest may ne waived. Question whether the expression such date occuring in 14 of the said rules needs any clarification. Secy. of States rule that it does not.
