Direct Application for the consent of H.E. the Governor General under section 270(1) of the Govt., of India Act 1935 to the prosecution of Ram Ghulam Ram, late Accountant and Post Master, Purnea, under section 409 of the Indian Penal Codse, received from the District Magistrate Purnea. The provincial govt., who were consulted in this matter, supported the request of the District Magistrate.
