Direction that the goods manufactured at the Elgin and the Muir Mills, situated in the Cawnpore district of the North-Western Provinces, shall be reckoned as produced wwithin the meaning of the explanation to section 6 of Act II of 1896, when they are issued out of the weaving section or sections of the mills.
