Remission of Customs duty in excess of Rs. 1-12-7 per gallon on the 15,000 gallons of country spirit which it is proposed to permit the contract distillers to import from Ceylon and other places into South Canara and transfer from Imperial to Provincial of one-fourth of the duty in consideration of the special circumstances of the case.
