Report to the Home Government of the proceedings of the Government of India sanctioning the employment of additional establishments in consequence of the extension, with effect from the 1st October 1896, of the tree-tax license fee system of toddy revenue throughout all the Northern Districts of the Madras Presidency, except the Bellary and Anantapur Districts and the Agency tracts.
