Fixation of the amount deducted from the head ``V-Excise`` for credit to the head ``II-Opium`` at Rs. 13 a seer with effect from the 1st April, 1918, and Local Governments and Administrations asked to consider the question of raising the issue price of excise opium in consequence of the raising of the price paid to cultivators for cruds opium in the United Provinces.
