G.P.Fund (Central Services) Rules. Decision that the ruling contained in letter No. F.18-VIII/RII-34, dated 6-8-34 interpretation of the term `advances of pay` as used in rule 16(2) of the -----------shall apply only in respect of advances from the G.P.Fund sanctioned on or after the 1-4-34 the date on which the new rules came into force.
