Refused leave----Decision that thouth technically an officer earns leave during the period of----which he a actually spends on duty the leave so earned is not carried forward as under F.R. 86(A) this leave like all other leave at credit in the leave account with the exception of re--- lapses on the date on which the officer is due to retire. (Case of Brigadier Sir Clinton Lewis Surveyor General of India).
