Leave and compulsory retmt. under rule 2127-RII- clarification asked for by the W.Rly. Decision: As it is advantageous to the Rly. servants to consume first the leave carried forward, which is free from restriction of application in sufficient time, it has been decided with the concurrence of the Govt. of India that the leave taken during the pd. of extension should be debited first against the credit of leave earned during that period until it is exhausted an then against any credit of leave refused under F.R. 86 (2127(a) and carried forward under F.R. 86 (2127(b)
