Amendment of the joint form of assignment in Clause (vIII) (a) of ruls 21 of the General Provincial Fund Rules, so as to make it suitable to cover the assignment to the Secretary of State of a policy which is purchased by the payment of a single sum from the amount at credit in the Fund of a subscriber.
