Secretary of State`s sanction to (1) the proposal to appoint Mr. M.W.W.M. Yeatts, I.C.S. as Census Commissioner, for a period of 3 years in the first instance on a pay of Rs. 3,000/- plus overseas pay of Pounds 13.6.8 p.m. and (2) the arrangements in regard to the appointment of provincial superintendents in connection with the census of 1941.
