Sanction to the grant of pay at Rs. 3,000/- plus Overseas pay of 13-6-8, pound, per mensem to Mr. C. H. Masterman, C. I. E., I. C. S., during his incumbency of the temporary post, created by the Government of Madras, of special officer in the Board Revenue.
