Decision that a substantive holder of a post on a time-scale of pay, who is discharged and is afterwards re-employed in the same time-scale in an officiating capacity, is not entitled to treat his previous non-continuous service rendered in his substantive capacity, is not entitled to treat his previous non-cotinuous service rendered in his substantive capacity as officiating for the purposes of Fundamental Rule 32 and that a competent authority may deal with such a case equitably under Fundamental Rule 27.
