Procedure to be observed in the acquisition of land for the Bengal and North-Western and Tirhoot State Railways and Orders on the questions (1) whether Govt. approves of the principle of taking up lands in excess of the requirements and (2) how rents derived from surplus lands in the possession of a Railway Company should be dealt with.
