Decision that Interest at the rate of 8 per cent per annum shall be charged on overdue Instalments of interest or of Principal and Interest on loans made by Gevernment. Amendment of rule VI 28(8) of the rules Published with resolution No 361-E. A. dated the 24th July 1916 and of rule 15 (2) of rules framed under the Local authorities loans Act 1914 so as to raise the rate of Interest on overdue instalments.......
