I. Orders on the incidence of the cost of survey of India and other scientific parties which may accompany a Military Expedition. II. Decision that the cost of the Mishmi and Miri Missions including that of any survey party accompanying them should be charged to `25-Political` and that in the case of scientific parties other than survey, the respective civil departments will bear the cost.
