General financial rules School funds- paragraph 6- decision that keeping of miscellaneous school funds in post office savings bank accounts does not conflict with article 284 of the condtitution. and (II) paragraph 8 of G.F.R. Vol.1 and rule 8of the central treasury rules are contradictory to article 284 of the consititution.
