Notification of the award of the O.B.I. 2nd Class to Sub.-Major Ghaus Muhammad, 14 Punjab R., on his relinquishing the emergency commission. the award was approned by H.E.the Viceroy in Connection with the new years day honours list, 1945, and placed on a shadow list.
