Decision that the authorised permanent establishment of the O.B.I. (First Class) for all irregular Forces (Viz. But Frontier Corps and Military increase in the permanent establishment of 18 in the Second Class). 2. All the vacancies in the order should not be filled in one Honours list. 3. Decision that 1 First Class and 1 Second Class Supernumerary should be made once a year in every Birthday Honours lists. 4. Allotment of one mark for each sanad granted by H.E.the Governor of the N.W.E.F. to an Indian Officer of the Frontiern Corps for meritorious services.
