From - Forwards for the issue of necessary order copy of Courts Dispatch No. 3 of 1849, consenting to the establishment of separate Professorships for the Departments of Anatomy and Midwifery in the Medical College at Calcutta but desires that in future no Professor receive a larger salary than 400 Rs. Per Month , now be restricted from engaging in private practice also sanctioning an increase of 100 Rs. to the salary of Mr. Robertson, the Lecturer on Chemistry , without any alteration being made in his designation.
