C. Dispensary for samples of such Medicines as he may require to illustrate his lectures - Approving the appointment of Mr. Assistant Surgeon Allam Vebb to be Curaton to the College Museume and the Salary of Mr. Siddons as Assistant to the Professor of Chemistry being raised from the 1st January last to 250 Rs. March and allawing a monthly Establishment of 250 Rupees to the Lying in Hospital.
