Question of the registration of the birth of a son of Mr. W.Woodbridge a coffee planter in the Mysore State under the provision of the British Nationaliry and Aliens Act. Decision that as Mr. prescribed period as laid down in sub-Clause(v)of Clause(b)of sub-section(1)of Section 1 of the British Nationality and Status of Aliens Act, 1914 the birth of his son cannot now be registered under that Act.
