Conferment of Patiala State Nationality on Messsrs. A.A.Des Roches and Maurice Raymond Des Roches born in the Patiala State and of French parents. Decision that their cases were not covered by the instructions issued by the Political Deptt. on the conferment of state nationality on foreigners but their claim to be Patiala subjects based upon the fact they were born in that State.
