Question in Parliament by Shri Dwivedi regarding the steps taken by the Government of India in each Part C States with regard to the following matters in the years 1949, 50 and 51 :- (1) Administrative re-organisation; (2) Economic development; (3) Development of local self-government (4) law and order; and (5) introduction of a legal system better than the one which existed in these state already.
