Question in Parliament by Shri A.C.Guha, regarding the total amount paid to a) Rulers of former Indian States as privy purse, b) Rulers in the form of any other grant, c) the relatives of such Rulers using the Financial Year 1950-51, d) Whether there is any procedure of recovering these payments from the States and e) If so, what amount was recovered and the total loss suffered by the Govt. of India during that period.
