Intimation to the Jaipur Darbar, in connection with their contribution towards the cost of the Nagda-Muttra Railway, that the cost of rolling stock shall be excluded from the total capital outlay for the purpose of division of earnings as between the Darbar and the Government and that the proposal to charge the same percentage for working expenses as obtains on the working line or 50 per cent. whichever is less plus 5 per cent. for use of rolling stock is specially favourable to the Darbar.
