1. Incurrence of further capital expenditure (after 1912) on the main line of the Rohilkund and Kumanon Railway. 2. Decision that on the Determination of the existing contracts an addition shall be made to the purchase price of the company's main line of the equivalent at par of the amount by which the open line expenditure incurred with the Secretary of State's sanction between 1st January 1913 and 31st December 1932, shal exceed Rs. 2 lakhs.
