1) Kashmir and Hyderabad States-Whether the Committee should extend its enquiry to the above States--Govt. of India decision Hyderabad should be included. 2) Committees recommendation that matters covered by the terms of reference Nos. 1 & 5 should be execluded from the scope of enquiry and the Govt. of India`s thereto.
