Govenrment of Bombay informed that as no reply has been received from the Secretary of State to its despatch No. 10dt. the 17th November 1890 forwarded to this Department under cover of letter No. 248 dated the 19th idem, and the prescribed period of two months having expired if may be assumed that the Secy of State has no intention of interfearing with the Bombay Boilers.
