Copy of a letter from Lieut. Col. R. Kyd to Mr. E. Hay, Secretary, requesting that a specimen of the breadfruit tree together with certain other plants may be forwarded to St. Helena for transmission to England, reporting the latest acquisitions for the Botanical Garden, and stating that it is in the course of being surveyed.
