Copy of a letter from Lieut. Col. R. Kyd to Mr. T. K. Van Mierop, requesting that the ebest specimens of tea, silk work, mulberry plants some fruit trees and some white copper ore may be sent from China, with one or two natives skilled in rearing the trees referred to, and asking for information on certain subject.
