Letter from Capt. Francis Pinkcerton, intimating that as he has received no answer to his application for the services of lieut Boyes and that as the late is embarking for Europe on the Cornwallis the adjustment of the accounts of the 98th Regiment rests with the Board and repeating that that regiment is being harshly treated.
