Draftof a letter to the Supercargoes at Canton , enclosing a letter from Mr. Peach on the subject of supplying them with money intiamting that the sum of current rupees 22,50,000 has been allotted tothem for the year 1785-86, authorizing themto draw bills onthe Board for 10 or 15 lakhs of current rupees, and enclosing a set of bils in their favour.
